The Marshall Syracuse is the premiere off-campus student housing development for Syracuse University students, located steps away from the iconic Marshall Street. The identity for the project needed to reflect the high-end, modern industrial finishes and show-stopping interiors that were selected. We worked closely with the interior design team to craft dynamic visual solutions that convey the essence of this new student housing experience. The brand logo centers around a clean and modern sans serif typeface, Neutraface, and the color palette echos the university’s distinct personality and pride.
